Same goes for Trac, which also supports Mercurial but doesn't have yet
the fork and pull requests features.
However, Trac will be able to support multiple repositories per project
in the upcoming 0.12) version, and as the software is written in Python,
it might be a more convenient basis for implementing the features, if
you're willing to develop them yourself.
