Wiki: Updating PublishingRepositories

Hello,

I've started to update PublishingRepositories, trying to make it a bit 
more coherent, and the first task was to incorporate the content in 
ServerInstall, which I think I've now done satisfactorily. I have also 
updated the front page and added a direct link to the 
PublishingRepositories page below the link to MercurialHosting. I 
haven't done this lightly, but I think that the activity of serving 
repositories within an organisation or a small group is very likely to 
be the first port of call for many people, instead of immediately 
choosing a public hosting service for their code. Indeed, having 
followed the ViewVC mailing list for three years, I can probably say 
with confidence that there's a large silent population of developers who 
use such software heavily within their own organisations (and who 
probably don't know what SourceForge is).

I aim to continue the updates to the Web-related content, probably by 
trying to merge the HgWebDirStepByStep content into the 
PublishingRepositories content. Please let me know if I'm doing anything 
that might be considered impolite or just plain wrong. :-)
