I agree with Paul. Why do you need to duplicate content? Why would you  
want to read the same content you just read on a different page? I  
imagine most people visit the wiki in order to find further  
information that isn't on the homepage, i.e. the content you've moved  
to /Navigation. Making that even harder to find will only annoy people.
