New Mercurial Website

Please use em-units for the static width.  With my font size, the layout is 
broken in too many places to list (truncated <pre>-text, wrapped/spilling 
download box, ...), see

Also, please set a white background; the logo looks strange with its non-
transparent bg on my bg color.
