Can hg ignore its config files?

Hi,

I have been working on some scripts that use Hg. However when I distribute
them they break on various people's machines due to their personal .hgrc
configurations.

Is there someway to tell Hg to ignore the hgrc and just revert to its
default behaviour so that one can predict the behvaiour of Hg and thus write
scripts against it?
