In Mercurial eclipse settings (settings -> team -> mercurial Eclipse) you can bump up all the timeouts. You can also
enable a more verbose logging in the mercurial eclipse console. In the latest release we bumped up all default
timeouts (version 1.3.1019) please let us know it you need more "bumping"!
