Timed Out and WIndows and USB

The timeout is probably either from the operating system (bad hardware 
or driver) or from the eclipse plugin having problems communicating with 
Mercurial.

Try to use plain command line Mercurial without the Eclipse plugin and 
see if that works, and try to put your repository on a local disk.
