**FUNKY** tags

I have a Mercurial repository that I converted from CVS and I am
looking at a file that has a **FUNKY** tag on it.  I suspect that
there is some, well, funkiness in the original CVS repository but I
don't know exactly what to look for.  Is there some specific technical
meaning to the word **FUNKY**?  If there is then I would like to go
into the CVS repository and correct the problem and re-import.
