In fact, I really familiar English more than SC, I mean it.
I also think that SC is worthy to learn one day, because all of
Chinese in mainland use it.

Yes, I know that, But not all of people in Taiwan:
1. English is learned by *EVERY* student in Taiwan, so there are still
many people familiar with TC and English, but not SC.
2. It's not just the topic about SC v.s. TC. There is a big gap here,
ex, the translated convention. This is a big probelm, even I can read
each word in SC, I still can't understand (or hard to understand) what
the sentence meaning.

This is what I usually do in my laptop. Also, if a software do not
have zh_TW translation locale, I would like it fall back to English
interface instead of SC. The reason I mentioned above.

Yeah, this is the main reason I started zh_HK and zh_TW translation.
Originally, I would like to only ask maintainer to rename zh.po to
zh_CN.po, but I think it's impolite. So I've started this translation
(Although I will keep using English interface still).
