suggestion: diff link on file views

Ah, you're saying the parents/children link on the file diff view should 
link to file diffs for the parents/children, instead of the full copy? 
That seems somewhat reasonable.

There's probably some silly reason why it does weird things to .cgi 
files. I wonder if this is a security risk?
