Branch or New Repo?

Er - have I misunderstood something? I've been happily transplanting between 
separate repos for some time.

My (limited) experience with in-branch repos makes me think that if you are 
comfortable with working with them, and you have a big repo, then fine. But I 
prefer separate repos.
