[ANN] New hgsvn maintainer

Hi,

Let me introduce myself. My name is Andi Albrecht.

I took over maintenance of hgsvn from it's original author Antoine Pitrou.
Antoine told me that he has stopped maintenance of hgsvn some time ago
and asked me if I'd be interested in maintaining the project.

I use hgsvn on a daily basis and I'm more than happy to maintain this project.
Currently the main focus is on finishing the hgpushsvn script that's already
in the development version and of course to fix bugs.

Because of this change the main repository for hgsvn was moved to
bitbucket.org: http://bitbucket.org/andialbrecht/hgsvn
You'll find a issue tracker on this page too.
Bug reports and patches are always welcome! :)

Last but not least, many, many thanks to Antoine for doing a great job on hgsvn!
