Other "Trac"-like options? (Wiki & issue tracking)

Try EmForge (http://www.emforge.org)
We used trac as a prototype, it is supported Wiki, Task Management, Source
browsing (including mercurial)
Difference from Trac - it is J2EE based, and it supported workflows (may be
designed with using graphical plugin for Eclipse) - so, you can change how
bugs, features and tasks (and anything else) is processed in your project
