TortoiseHg crew repository going away

This is just a friendly notice to anyone using a clone of the
TortoiseHg crew repository.  The THG project is now using a single
repository with stable and default branches for the two lines of
development.  This was mainly done to promote dogfooding, to improve
named branch support in our tools.

If you have a clone of http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/crew, change
the default path to point to http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/stable.
The default branch of the stable repository is now the equivalent of
the old crew repository.

If you had forked the crew repository on Bitbucket, please refork from
stable and then push your changes to the new fork.
