Can't easy_install, no eggs?

Probably not, but most of us devs never use Mercurial from an egg. In
fact, last time I tried to figure out where to find easy_install on
Debian, I timed out.

To get full egg support, someone who knows how eggs work is going to
have to step up and fix it.
