Strange 'hg revert' behavior (bug?)

For me that startup time is still important. 

<0.1 seconds is almost inconceivable. 

0.15 seconds is fast.  

0.30 seconds appears a bit sluggish. 

This is the minimum speed we can get from an command, so it matters a lot to 
me. 

I don't argue that the changed operation is the more important problem, 
though. 
I just think that the slower speed should be noted, too, so people who only 
know the old setting with many enabled extensions know that they should try it 
again without them.
