http://www.cubicweb.org/project/cubicweb-vcsfile is a component for
the CubicWeb framework on which Logilab is actively building its own
web app exposing its repositories.

It is not as advanced as bitbucket or github, but the license is
LGPL. If you want to jump onboard, feel free :)
