However, thanks a lot for sharing that excellent article!

I've downloaded your file Hg.pdf, renamed it to Hague2009.pdf and
uploaded it as a wiki page attachment to the front page and updated
the link to that.

I hope this is ok.

If you want to have a link to somewhere else instead, just let me know or
edit the wiki yourself as you see fit (including deleting that attachment).
