Mercurial Portable/Stand-Alone Application

Hi,
Does someone ever make a Portable/Stand-Alone Mercurial (or TortoiseHg)
binary to put into USB/Flash Disk? if not, is it possble to make it?
Something like PortableApps.com does.. I am using Windows btw..
