If you don't wish to install it should be runnable directly from the 
source (either in that gwsmhg-0.8.tar.gz file or the hg repository at 
<http://gwsmhg.hg.sourceforge.net:8000/hgroot/gwsmhg>) by either making 
the file gwsmhg executable or using "python gwsmhg".  When run from the 
command line, gwsmhg will accept the path to the directory containing 
the work space you wish to manage as an argument and run in that directory.
