mq gui = answer to all the collapse / rebase woes

But it might be a nice addition to TortoiseHG :) 

THG already has individual hunk selection (very nicely done: doubleclick for 
*deselecting* hunks), so an advanced committer which also allows to squash in 
earlier commits doesn't seem that far off.
