How to "push" manually?

I have a local hg repo for lockfile.  About a month ago I bundled it up and
installed it on my web server:

    http://www.smontanaro.net/python/lockfile/

Now I would like push some recent changes to the website.  How do I do that?
There is no hg server running on the web server.
