Which workflow(s) do you use?

That's a great idea! 

The workflow sounds nice - especially for teams who want to move incrementally 
from SVN to more efficient workflows. 

As soon as we have a few workflows in this thread, I'll gather them in the 
mercurial-scm.org development wiki [1] and then turn them into a site about 
workflows. 

But I think having a few more real-life workflows would be better for that. So 
again to everyone: Even if your workflow doesn't sound ingenious or sounds a 
bit complicated or such, please post it. It need not be as long as the current 
descriptions (though they are damn nice!) - a short summary helps, too.
