[ANNOUNCE] hg describe extension (bug fixed)

Hi, 

what happened to the describe extension? The wiki page on selenic.com and the 
freehg repository all disappeared...

Why?

| My mistake.  I was using a convenience function from the latest sources
| and neglected to test with 1.0.1.  I have corrected the error and pushed
| the fix to the freehg repository:
