[PATCH] expand and clarify help for update

One other possibility might be to have "short" and "long" help, so hg
help update would be as now, and hg help --long update would be a
longer, more detailed version.

And in case it's not clear, I am also in favour of having as much help
as possible available from the hg command itself. I'd also like to see
more of the "special help topics" (and I know that means I should
probably write some patches to add some!)
