Psych!  I lied!  I don't have a clone; Michael sent me a copy of  describe.py 
with his copyright removed.  AFAIK, this is the most recent copy in existence, 
and I'm attaching it here.

If/when you revive the extension, would you mind posting an announcement (or 
emailing me) with the URL?
