I think the situation is much as you describe it. Thanks to the brains
behind the product for the help they do give. But we can't afford to
piss them off. Looks like they're getting ready to slam the door on us.
If we can have an anteroom for discussion prior to this list we can
perhaps forestall that eventuality.
