2 commands missing from basic list?

Please don't do that.  The subject line of email message is often the
first thing I see in my mail client.  If the subject is utterly useless
when I try to see if the message is interesting or not, I commonly hit
DEL and move on.

Pushing the useful bits even further to the right, by a large prefix
like "[Mercurial] :faq:wiki:newbie: NOOB Question - ..."  or some other
sort of `tagging' system sounds a waste of space, and it's IIRC the same
reason why mercurial email doesn't include the "[Mercurial]" list ID in
the subject.
