UCS-2 tracking

Hi,

We use tortoiseHG to keep track of our project.

We are having a problem with the .sql files that we export from SQLServer.

When we save a Stored procedure to disk the File.sql is created as UCS-2.

This was discovered by tksoh at sourceforce.

Mecurial considers this a binary file not text.

How can I change this so mercurial considers this a text file, so we can 
track changes.
