Uhm, you are right, of course. I meant the `notify' extension, but
managed to confuse the two.

Thanks. The .hg/hgrc file we are using for the repository at
http://hg.hellug.gr/freebsd/doc-el/ is also committed in the repository
itself as `hgadmin/conf/hgrc':
http://hg.hellug.gr/freebsd/doc-el/file/tip/hgadmin/conf/hgrc
So if you have some time to look into it and you can find something that
could make inline patches go out as "iso-8859-7" I would be grateful :)
