Trouble Committing Binary Files

I was trying the bigfiles extension and got the errors:

abort: Failed to parse C:\Program Files\TortoiseHg\mercurial.ini
File contains parsing errors: C:\Program Files\TortoiseHg\mercurial.ini
        [line 121]: ' [bigfiles]\n'
        [line 122]: ' path=C:\\Program Files\\TortoiseHg\\Contrib\\bigfiles\n'

What do I need to get it to work with Tortoise Hg 0.5.

Attached is my Mercurial.ini file.

Thanks in advance.

You're probably right at the edge of what you can commit on that box.
You can enable a lot of swap space and twiddle your thumbs while commit
and checkout burn through it.

We'll eventually work on very large file support, but don't count on it
happening soon as it'll be very involved.

(I'm not sure why your file can't be split into chunks - is it not made
of bits?)
