hgcommand.vim and a directory with '#' character

Hi,

I've found that hgcommand.vim does not handle properly directories with '#'
character. For example:

%>mkdir \#testdir
%>cd \#testdir
%>touch testfile
%>vim testfile

and I got the error:
"testfile" 0L, 0C
Error detected while processing function
<SNR>14_HGSetupBuffer..<SNR>14_HGGetStatusVars:
line 55:
E194: No alternate file name to substitute for '#': cd /home/marten/#test

I think that problem is in escape function usage in hgcommand.vim.
Can someone confirm this?
