notify: how to fine tune it

Hi,

  I'm using notify extention byt i'd like to fine tune the subject/sender of
  the e-mail.
  
  I'd like 

  1. the sender name (possibly e-mail also) to be set as sender 
  2. repo name in the subject

  Is there a way to get this? I didn't find any hint in docs/wiki/list...
