I think I can spend some cycles on maintaining the book. I have the
repo mentioned before setup:

Which people can pull/clone from (it's linked from the book building
page in the wiki, too).

I'll accept changesets by private email for now, though I am not yet
sure what the best way for this would be. Maybe we can borrow the
development list for book patches, as well?
