hg clone error... setup help.

BTW, putting users= entry in /etc/mercurial/hgrc took care of the "Not
trusting message.."

Now, I only see following in error log:
[Tue Jul 01 18:20:20 2008] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] malformed header from
script. Bad header=6 changesets found: hgweb.cgi

along with 
abort: HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error 
when i try to do hg clone...
