Adding comments to groups of changes?

It might be helpful to have switches that turn grouping on and off for
`hg log`. Default should be off (for the sake of compatibility). Then
one can use the [defaults] section in .hgrc to turn grouping on by
default for oneself, and again override this ad-hoc on the command
line.
