Well, having started this all off, I'm going to try using it for a  
while. To me it looks a little immature, but might be good enough for  
what I need (which is fairly light weight right now). My main  
reservation is how easy it is to add really informative comments, that  
will often include attachments. It all seems a bit free form to me at  
the moment.

If you do try it get the version out of bzr (That was something new to  
install) as the tar ball is version 123 and bzr is up to 211 and only  
the bzr includes hg support. It looks like its developed by one guy,  
and he's updating it when he needs to, so the last check-in was back  
in July.

I think, in time, it way be worth doing an extension for hg to do  
this, but I want to learn the good points & mistakes of 'be' before I  
attempt that. It would also require learning how to write an hg  
extension ;-) 'be' is under GPL, so it might be possible to use it as  
a starting point.
