Have you decided on a license.

What I wonder is if I can redistribute this under the zlib license (or eclipse-public license if I switch to it) in my
Mercurial Eclipse plugin? I assume the other tools have the same question.
If I can use it is it ok to modify it like adding overlay images for different modes, for example add a "+" sign for
an added file.
