[ANN] TortoiseHg-0.3: suggestion and changelog browser bug

This combination of instructions and tortoisehg-0.3 doesn't result in a working "hg view", as the tcl script "hgk" is missing in tortoisehg-0.3 and the FAQ doesn't mention that it needs to be installed. After copying it into ./scripts/, and adding

[extensions]
hgk=

to mercurial.ini (this step is not mentioned in the FAQ), "hg view" works.

Although I set tortoisehg's changelog viewer to hgk, it still opens "hgtk log", so there's another bug.
