I think we need a clarification from the developer(s).
(The Fedora RPM explicitly says GPLv2. So _if_ Mercurial is GPLv2+ then
from a license point of view the Fedora rpm is a derived product where
the license has been changed. So Fedora RPMs are definitely NOT
AGPL-compatible ;-)
