I don't think so.  It was built on the same machine as 0.3 and python,
pywin32, gtk, and the other libs were not changed.  It's quite a mystery
to me.

One thing that changed from 0.3 to 0.4rc1 was that the installer
required admin privs.  I wonder if that can have any affect on the app.
