[ANN] TortoiseHg 0.4 release candidate

I've just put down 0.4rc1 over 0.3 and the layering works for me. I used the context menus to disable the icons under Settings->Global, and the enabled them for one of my four repos using Settings->Repository.
Sure enough, I only get icons in my repository.

I did notice another difference from 0.3 -> 0.4rc1.
The difference is that the desktop is repainted a lot more often.
I have no other Tortoise<foo> installed.
During the install of 0.4rc1 I did get a question about overwriting mercurial.ini, but I can't recall now what location that was.
I installed both 0.3 and 0.4rc1 using all the defaults (location, etc).
