Well, it's about an hour now since I last checked. Still nothing.

Did that. No effect either. Maybe I've overlooked something silly, but
I cannot figure what. Also, I did all the settings using the
TortoiseHg dialogs.

Actually, it seems to never show any icons. I just turned the global
setting back on. None. Then I reinstalled TortoiseHg and rebooted.
Still none. Weird. I used to have them with 0.3.
