New coal theme for hgweb

Oh heaps sweet Matt! I really like this theme, and I can say it looks really 
good in Konqueror!

One thing that amazes me is the fact that there are very little themes 
available for Mercurial, this is something that should be looked at. It would 
be really nice to have say seven or eight themes that you could choose to 
have.

Who knows, maybe one day Mercurial can have something like www.oswd.org but 
for hgweb themes?

One can dream :)
