New coal theme for hgweb

It doesn't look so good in IE 7.  The links for logs, tags, changeset,
etc. are vertically arranged under the logo, making a 8-10 cm (3-4 inch)
wide gray bar across the top of the screen.

+1 for the sans-serif font-family

The visual dominance of the logo is a tad too drastic per my taste.

For the unacquainted, such a page looks like this is the
Mecurial project itself. But it isn't, if someone is just
serving his repo with an out-of-the-box Mercurial install.
