Bug in hg qnew/qpop/qpush?

Well, some time ago I complained about

      hg commit . -m 'blah blah'

which tried to use the file '-m'....

It turned out that forcing it to work require just switching some opt
in some getopt call, nevertheless... some people dislike this for some
reason.
