hg convert cvs on Windows

Hi

I would like to "hg convert" a cvs repository.
My OS is Windows without cygwin.

After a few experiments, I guess that this is not currently supported. Is
this true?

To get this feature I assume that I will have to modify the convert
extension as well as cvsps. I'm slowly working my way through the cvsps
code, but would like to know if anybody else is working on this?
