I'm not an expert neither, but I agree ther's something inusual here.

by default (I'm only copying the checked ones):

* Unicode (UTF-8)
* Western (Mac OS Roman)
* Western (ISO Latin 1)
* Western (ISO Latin 9)
* Western (Windows Latin 1)
* Western (ASCII)
* Japanese (Mac OS)
(too tired to copy all of them but more japanese, chinese, russian,
cyrillic, etc.)
