Backwards compatibility of 0.9.5

Hi,
Just wondering how backwards compatible 0.9.5 is compared to 0.9.4?
Did not see anything in the release notes about it (so I guess no news
is good news) but I figured I'd ask.
I was thinking of using 0.9.5 myself and for our shared repo server
but most of our users just started using 0.9.4 and I can't upgrade
them right now.  Can 0.9.4 and 0.9.5 users safely share repositories?
