[ANN] Mercurial 0.9.5 Windows installers available

Hi folks,

I've released new versions of both the "Batteries Included"  and the
"Python Approach" (aka NSI) Windows installers.  Both include Mercurial
0.9.5 and all the latest accessories.

Note that if you are upgrading a previous NSI install, it is suggested
that you manually uninstall the mercurial, qct, hgconfig, and gpyfm
packages (control panel->add/remove programs) before running the new
installer.  The goal is for this to be done automatically in future
installers.
